Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be stoked on your gear, but if something isn't right, we offer returns on all un-skated decks and unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original shrink-wrap or packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring skate decks are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download the prepaid shipping label provided via email, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
