When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused and unmounted products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns on skateboards that have been gripped or assembled.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately, though we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the fulfillment stage.
Are your decks made of 100% North American Maple?
Absolutely. All Welcome Skateboards decks are crafted using high-quality 7-ply North American Maple to ensure maximum pop and durability.
Do you offer a warranty on skateboards?
We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects such as delamination. However, the warranty does not cover breakage due to impact, normal wear and tear, or improper landing.
